NOTE: Only requests from Missionaries affiliated with the Independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ will be considered for approval. This practice is in accordance with the current edition of the church Mission's Manual, pg. 9, para. D-5.

To be completed by individuals, organizations, or institutions desiring missions support from Kissimmee Christian Church. Answers should be given in the space provided. If a question is not applicable, please state that in your response. The Missions Committee of Kissimmee Christian Church will use your answers to these questions and your financial report to decide beginning and terminating support and the amount of that support. The church will allow no other use of this information and all information will be considered confidential.

What are the needs of the people in this mission field and how do you plan on meeting those needs? How will your effectiveness be evaluated? *
